- Introduction
Welcome to Neuro Frontiers. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a smooth, professional, and mutually respectful relationship between you and our practitioners.
- Appointments
– Booking : Appointments can be booked through our online system, via email, or over the phone. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.
– Initial Consultation : Our initial neurological assessment lasts 2-3 hours and includes a comprehensive evaluation, potential treatments, and the development of a personalized treatment plan.
– Follow-Up Appointments : Subsequent follow-up consultations typically last 1 hour. These sessions are designed to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapies and support.
- Fees and Payments
– Initial Consultation : £300, which covers the 2-3 hour appointment, a written report summary, a treatment plan, and any necessary further research and referrals (1-2 hours work).

– Payment Methods : Payments can be made via credit/debit card, cash, bank transfer, or through our online payment portal. A minimum deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due on the day. Payment plans can be
- Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
– Cancellation : If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment deposit cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the appointment deposit cost.
– Rescheduling : If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 25% of the appointment deposit cost.
– Emergency Cancellations : We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
- Confidentiality
All information shared during your appointment is confidential and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is secure.
- Health and Safety
– Pre-Appointment Requirements : Complete any necessary pre-appointment questionnaires and assessments prior to your visit to ensure we have all relevant information.
