Recently I shared a lovely conversation with Amul Pandya. I am very grateful to be on his latest podcast episode, and to be able to share some of my life story, including information on the Exchange Breathing Method: a drug free first aid method for seizures, and the range of neuroplasticity therapies which can literally be life-changing for many people. Reflecting on the journey of how you have come to a place, and all the people who helped you get there, always feels so humbling and amazing all at once.

My son was once having over 500 seizures a week, and has now been seizure free for nine years this month – a huge milestone! This conversation tracks some of the milestones which have taken me to this place in my career, where I am able to pass on such knowledge and help many families and individuals. A very humbling place, and certainly a silver lining to all which my family and particularly my son have been through.
